2. What Deacon Wellness provides
Deacon Wellness is an AI wellbeing and personal-growth companion. It provides guided conversations, educational reflection, optional research-supported wellbeing practices and personal planning. Deacon Wellness is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, a licensed clinician or an emergency service.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private and notify Deacon Wellness if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Your account is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
4. AI limitations
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for your decisions and should use qualified professional care when appropriate. Do not use Deacon Wellness as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment or emergency decisions.
5. Safety
Do not use Deacon Wellness during an emergency or when immediate safety is at risk. Contact the emergency or crisis service for your location. In the United States, call 911 for an emergency or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
6. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s account, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful content or use Deacon Wellness to facilitate harm, harassment, exploitation or illegal activity.
7. Memberships
Membership prices are shown and billed in U.S. dollars. Monthly memberships renew monthly until canceled. The discounted three-month option is billed monthly and carries a three-month initial commitment; after that initial term, it continues monthly unless canceled. Your checkout states the price, included usage and applicable renewal and cancellation terms before you purchase.
8. Privacy
Use of Deacon Wellness is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Private wellbeing information is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
